We will never give or sell your email address, telephone number or physical address to anyone.
Users of the system will never see your email address and your physical address will only be displayed to clubs you belong to if you explicitly give permission. The default setting is to NOT display your address info to anyone.
If you explicitly opt-in to display your cell / mobile to team mates, club mates or entrants in competitions you’re in, then those users can see your cell / mobile number. The default setting is to NOT display your cell / mobile, so it’s only displayed to users if you deliberately chose this option during registration, or if you deliberately set it in the My Profile section.
All privacy settings can be changed in your Profile screen.
Why do I have to provide my email address?
We need to know you are who you say you are, for everyone’s safety, and the system sends notifications of fixtures and invitations to teams, clubs and competitions from other members to your email address.
Various other emails relating to your account administration will also be emailed to you.
We may periodically send you marketing communications to your registered email address unless you explicitly opt-out to receive them. The default setting is to opt-in but you can opt-out in the Profile section.
Where will my data be kept?
Your data will be held on commercial hosting servers in the United States of America and the United Kingdom.
Who will have access to my data and what information will you keep on my?
Besides the data that is visible to other users, our booking/membership admin team might access it for support purposes. This is kept to a minimum and done only to provide support.
Besides the registration data and the data you enter, we will record the IP address that you register and log in from. This is done for security purposes.
